Basic leak detection principle
According to the basic leak detection principle of helium leak detection, helium is used as a tracer gas to fill the workpiece in the vacuum box, and then the helium signal in the vacuum box is detected by the helium leak detector, so as to judge the overall leakage of the workpiece with high precision, quickly and accurately.
Basic functionality
The operator pushes the workpiece into the vacuum box, connects the quick connection joint in the vacuum box with the workpiece interface, presses the close box button, automatically closes the vacuum box door, and the system can fully automate the whole process of evacuating, large leakage detection, helium filling, micro-leakage detection, helium recovery and SF6 charging.
